Our Customer Service Philosophy

We pride ourselves on our customer service levels, both to School Suppliers, wholesalers and consumers. Every call is logged, responded to and resolved within twenty-four hours.

These statistics are carefully monitored and analysed, and this data is used in our policy of continuous improvement, in areas such as product quality control, and supplier and freight carrier performance evaluation.

At any time we know exactly what customer service issues exist and what is being done to prevent them in the future. Customer and consumer queries are currently running at 0.05% of sales.
